Post ICANN Announces that Top Level Domain Registrations are up 20%

Verisign's quarterly brief discussed topics including the growth of .com registrations and the decline in ccTld registrations.

The overall .com and .net domain names adjusted base increased by three percent quarter over quarter resulting in more than 87.3 million domain name registrations at the end of the second quarter. This represented a 20 percent increase year over year.
