Can anyone tell me how the paypal type systems that pay on the gold standard such as Egold?

A lot of people use places such as e-gold as a payment processor. With the price of gold always changing I do not use it much anymore.

I don't think that there are systems in Paypal which helps us to pay in gold.We have to read the TOS of paypal before consulting with them.

I've never heard of that for PayPal. It's news to me, if they do that. Of course, I'm not a huge paypal fan, anyway. I wish someone would really challenge them.
